The difference between an AI that helps and one that invents
An AI hooked to the internet sounds great until it makes up a price you don’t offer or a policy you never had. WAG’s knowledge base fixes that at the root: the AI only answers from your material. You give it your knowledge, and that knowledge is the limit of what it will say.
Why “not inventing” matters
A made-up answer isn’t a small detail: it’s a customer promised something you can’t deliver, a sale that falls through and a reputation that takes a hit. That’s why WAG won’t let the AI improvise. It answers with what you loaded and, when in doubt, prefers to route to a person rather than risk your brand.
How you load your knowledge
You upload your documents —prices, FAQs, policies, descriptions— and WAG turns them into the base the AI uses. No programming, no menu trees: you load your material as it is and the AI puts it to work.
Hybrid search, not guesswork
When a question comes in, the AI doesn’t “guess”: it searches your base combining meaning (semantic search) and keyword matching. So it finds the right answer even when the customer phrased it differently from your document. And you set the confidence threshold: how sure it must be to answer on its own.
When it doesn’t know, it routes
If the answer isn’t in your base or the AI isn’t confident enough, the conversation goes to your team. No one gets a made-up fact and no question goes unattended: the AI covers what it knows, people cover the rest.
